For everyone else, an astrological consultation offers valuable insight into the prevailing energy, guiding you through difficult times and helping you make reasonable choices. In other words, it sheds light on your current experiences and helps put them into context.
This doesn’t mean your problems will be solved, as there is usually a good reason for these challenges. It’s all about growth, right? But growth often comes with a price, and a helping hand is usually welcome. One of the tools we use is called Astrological remediation. It refers to the practices and measures taken to mitigate or counteract the negative influences of astrological factors in a person’s birth chart or current transits. These practices, steeped in tradition, help individuals overcome challenges and improve various aspects of their lives, such as health, relationships, career, and general well-being. They increase confidence and optimism, help make difficult decisions, enhance personal growth, and harmonize the environment. This isn’t a way to avoid challenges, but it helps to understand them better and live the challenges in their highest and most beneficial form, utilizing the energy in the most positive way possible. Techniques include wearing gemstones, chanting mantras, meditating, rituals, exercise, and yoga.
The collaboration with Helena goes beyond this, and is very exciting. The astrologer will first examine the key energies that play a role during the year. This is not a substitute for an astrologcal consultion, more a tool to help Helena isolate specific planetary energy to be remediated using a range of specialized processes. You can chose from sound healing, spiritual coaching, access bars, bodywork and breathwork. The experience will be tailor-made for you based on your individual circumstances. Maybe you face a challenging Saturn this year, or Neptune is creating confusion. The only way to know is by looking at YOUR chart.
