Autumn Navaratri 2025 – A Journey to Inner Strength and Light
Navaratri, meaning “nine nights,” is a sacred Hindu festival dedicated to the feminine aspect of the Divine – the goddess Durga and her nine forms. It is a time of deep silence, purification, surrender, and spiritual renewal. Each day of the festival carries a unique energy, quality, color, and aspect of feminine power that can guide us toward inner transformation.
This year, we celebrate Shardiya Navaratri from September 22 to 30, 2025.
During this time, we’ve prepared a gentle yet profound online program to support your personal practice and inner connection.
Navaratri 2025 Online Program
Monday, September 22 at 8:00 PM – We gather for an opening evening session to set our intention, explore the meaning of Navaratri, and introduce the program.
September 23–30, daily at 6:30 AM – Join us each morning for 30 minutes of chanting – singing mantras to gently connect with yourself and the energy of the day.
Tuesday, September 31 – Integration Day: You’ll receive a guided meditation recording and space to reflect and ground the process.
