A Unique Week of Yoga, Meditation, and Relaxation
Begin each day with a morning practice including meditation, breathing exercises, and energizing asanas. End the day with an evening yoga session under the Sardinian sky. Every other day, you will also experience mantra chanting to harmonize the mind.
Throughout the week, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in individual therapies, such as sound healing, Access Bars head therapy, conscious breathing, or spiritual coaching. This retreat is a journey towards balance, restoring both body and soul amidst Sardinia’s breathtaking landscape.

Daily Schedule
Morning Practice
7:00 AM – A 15-minute meditation to calm the breath, focus the mind, and prepare for the day.
7:15 AM – 20 minutes of pranayama (breathing exercises) to deepen the breath, boost energy, and harmonize body and mind.
7:35 AM – A 50-60 minute energizing asana practice, blending dynamic and restorative poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance.
This morning session is carefully designed to gently awaken the body, kickstart metabolism, and set a positive tone for the day ahead.
Evening Practice
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM – Group asana practice, a key element of yoga that enhances strength, flexibility, and balance. Each posture serves a specific purpose, from muscle stretching and posture improvement to deepening breath control.
Iyengar Yoga focuses on precision and alignment, ensuring maximum effectiveness in every pose. The goal is not only physical performance but also the connection between body and mind, which helps balance energy, calm the mind, and promote emotional well-being. Through this practice, the body gradually opens up, releases tension, and increases flexibility, leading to overall harmony and health.
