Care for the Physical Body

Conscious care for the body is the foundation of overall well-being and inner harmony. This program supports reconnection with the body, vitality, and deep regeneration.

Morning & Evening Iyengar Yoga

(90 minutes – 1 session per day)

Iyengar yoga is a precise and therapeutic style focusing on correct alignment, deep work with breath, and gradual development of strength and flexibility. Morning practice awakens the body and sets a clear, energized tone for the day, while evening sessions encourage release and deep relaxation. Thanks to props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters, the practice is accessible even to complete beginners.

In addition to the basic program, optional practices will be available.

Pranayama & Chanting

The breath is a bridge between body and mind. Pranayama, conscious breathing techniques, deepen this connection by improving oxygenation, calming the nervous system, and enhancing vitality.

You will learn techniques such as:

  • Nadi Shodhana – alternate nostril breathing for energetic balance
  • Kapalabhati – cleansing breath supporting alertness
  • Bhramari – soothing breath for releasing tension and calming the mind

Chanting, the repeated singing or recitation of mantras, has a deeply harmonizing effect on body and mind. It slows the breath, activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reduces stress hormones, and stimulates the vagus nerve. Sound vibrations resonate throughout the body, supporting deep relaxation. Brain waves naturally shift into calmer alpha and theta states, improving focus, emotional balance, and inner quiet. A simple yet powerful practice for regeneration and presence.

Meditation & Sound Bath

This practice guides you into a deep state of calm and self-connection. Meditation helps quiet the mind, reduce stress, and increase inner clarity, while the sound bath uses vibrations of Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other instruments to support profound relaxation and energetic balance.

Sound reaches the cellular level, releasing tension and restoring harmony. Daily practice allows you to tune into your inner rhythm and create space for stillness and renewal.
