Conscious breathing is a practice that focuses on conscious, focused breathing in order to achieve physical, mental and emotional balance.
This technique uses conscious breathing to enhance the present moment, reduce stress and improve overall health and well-being.
The Conscious Breathing technique involves deep, rhythmic breathing, often accompanied by suggestive music, rhythmization and bodywork.
During the session, individuals are guided by the facilitator to repeat sets of different breathing exercises that may stimulate or, conversely, calm the nervous system.
With the appropriate combination of these exercises, you may experience altered states of consciousness, release of repressed emotions, deep meditation or insights leading to problem solving on life’s journey during the session.
For best results, practice mindful breathwork regularly.
How does the therapy work?

2000,-/90 minutes (with consultation)
Terms of payment
– The prices, including VAT, are listed for individual services in relation to the length of the session
– Payment must be made 24 hours in advance, by bank transfer or via QR code, which you will receive after filling in the contact form by email.
Your application is binding at the moment of submission.
The purpose of the payment in advance is also the fact that the therapy after that can be a pure interaction process.
– STORNO seating is available free of charge only 24 hours in advance.
After this period the payment is non-refundable!
