Each kosha represents a different level of our existence – from the densest, physical layer to the subtlest, spiritual one.
When these layers are in harmony, we experience inner peace, health, and connection to ourselves.
But when one or more of these layers are burdened or imbalanced, we may feel fatigue, tension, or a loss of direction.
The goal is not to “leave” the body, but to cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves on all levels – physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and spiritual.
